Sight Unseen

It can be hard to cope with trauma but this year has been especially tough for many of us. This can lead to being emotionally backed up, unable to fully express or process the emotional baggage and events that we have gone through. Sometimes it feels like every day is a blur, the blaring sun hanging over us heavy handed as we wander the desert of our lives.
