Love is like a force of nature. No matter how long humanity has existed we have had different ways of symbolizing love. Across endless spans of time, different cultures and languages, it still remains one of the unifying threads in all of our lives.

Goosebumps
Like a rolling blackout
Fire wave
Cover me
My Tsunami
Summoned ghosts
Spirits under covers
Shiver, quiver, shudder
Haunted by a thirst
Goosebumps
The sky erupts
Bury me
My own Pompeii
Vesuvius
Venus' touch
A thunderbolt
Fortuitous
Beneath a velvet sea of stars
Constellations we have drawn
With gravity, our push and pull
Perfect as we reach for dawn
Like Apocalypse
Delicate desolation
Flawless revelation
Bring me that eclipse
Waters at the mouth of chaos
Sea to shining sea
Teardrops vanish in an ocean
Swallowed, I concede
Oblivion against my tongue
Staring into the abyss
Kiss devilish yet dangerous
Depths that go forever on
Cavernous
At the mouth of this
The river flowing deep
Fingertips across my cheek
Remember me in life my dear
For in death we are forgot
Hold me close and don't let go
For tonight is all we've got
Enveloped in this mystery
A prophecy fulfilled
Two entangled particles
Brought together as fate wills
Close we come here to the end
The razor's edge approach
No going back as time resumes
In Armageddon's clutch
Silence falls
All caught in smoke
Lips left locked
Still speaking love
Goosebumps
And dancing bones
Gracefully
The I is lost
Cause and effect
Still ripple here
At the edges of the flame
Caught in the glow we wait
Like a hurricane
The eye is calm
A perfect storm
The wind is cycling back around
The ritual lies incomplete
The stars now re-align
And in the circle we repeat our dance
Goosebumps every time
A beautiful catastrophe
Finality
Angelic eschatology
The end has come again
